Fall 2024 Move In: August 21 - 25
August 21 - 22, 2024: Move-in for first year students and transfer students
August 24 - 25, 2024: Move-in for returning students and move-in for on-campus apartments
Select a Meal Plan by August 1, 2024
WCU Managed and USH Affiliated on-campus residents living in Allegheny, Brandywine, Commonwealth, Goshen, Killinger, Schmidt, Tyson and University Hall are required to have a Meal Plan (Ultimate, Gold or Purple). Meal Plans are optional for residents living in on-campus apartments.
If you are required to have a meal plan and do not select one by August 1, 2024, the Gold Meal Plan will automatically be selected for you.

2024-2025 First Year and Transfer Student Housing Application opens March 27, 2024
The housing application (WCU Managed and USH Affiliated Housing) for first year students and transfer students (students beginning classes Fall 2024) opens on March 27, 2024 at 10:00am EST.
2024-2025 Returning Student Housing Application opens Dec. 18, 2023
Returning students interested in living in WCU Managed Housing or USH Affiliated Housing for the 2024-2025 academic year will be able to apply for housing starting at 9:00am (EST) on Monday, December 18, 2023.
